Dr. Chukwunonso Henry DEBEM

Founder/Lead Facilitator

Dr. Debem is a Public Health practitioner and a Teacher with over 23 years combined experience in public/community health services and teaching. He obtained a doctoral degree (PhD) in Public health, with a specialization in Epidemiology in the United States, and a Master’s degree in Clinical Pharmacology (Nigeria). He has obtained several professional trainings from notable institutions such as the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, UK; Royal Tropical Institute/University of Twente, Netherlands; and the University of Oslo, Norway. He is currently teaching in the University of Liverpool/Kaplan, United Kingdom, and having taught at several other universities including Brunel University of London, as a Senior Lecturer; and the University of Roehampton, London – UK, as a Research Project Supervisor in its MPH program.

He worked for the United States Government, precisely with the Epidemiology and Strategic Information Branch of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as an Epidemiologist for almost 8 years before resigning to his passion to serve Humanity in Africa. Before then, he was a member of the Field Advisory Board (FAB) of the Office of the US Global AIDS Coordinator (OGAC), Washington DC. He provides private educational support consultancy services to post-graduate students in Public Health, thus, the lead consultant with the DBM Educational Support and Consultancy Services.

Currently, in his passion to contribute to the restoration and transformation of Africa, having observed the sheer dehumanization, cruelty, and hatred suffered by innocent Africans in their own hands, both in history and present, Dr. Debem is dedicating his life and career in restoring the lost values of Humanity in Africa. Dr. Debem is committed to taking the mission of the G-ROLE Africa to all over Africa, starting with Nigeria. It is their vision and dream that they would be alive to see the New Nigeria and New Africa of their dreams, and secure HOPE for the generations to come

Mr. Samuel Olatayo Ogbondayin

Mr. Ogbondayin is an entrepreneur, businessman, and the Chief Executive Officer of Kaltlux Nigeria Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos.

He has garnered nearly two decades of valuable experience working with corporate organisations in Nigeria and Ghana, building expertise in business development, sales, marketing, and organisational management.

In 2021, he joined The G-ROLE Africa Network, a humanitarian network of volunteers committed to nurturing responsible and visionary young leaders across Nigeria and Africa. He currently serves as the Central Programme Manager for the Young/LIONNA Leadership Programme, which focuses on educating, mentoring, and developing young people with leadership values, skills, and a sense of responsibility for the future of Africa.

Samuel Olatayo Ogbondayin is passionate about entrepreneurship, leadership development, youth empowerment, and community service.

Solomon Tope Idakwo

Solomon Tope Idakwo ( SOLOVE SOLOMON) is an ICT/Digital professional with years of experience spanning digital marketing, SEO strategy, Website Designing/development, and ICT training.

He is also an experienced Technology Administrator, having worked with both national and international NGOs on key health-related projects, including malaria prevention programs across Nigeria.

He is the CEO of Plux-Media Network , a dynamic digital agency that has successfully developed and deployed over 100 websites, SEO strategies and digital marketing strategies for clients in sectors such as real estate, religion, digital marketing, non-profits, and cleaning services, businesses etc.

Solomon is also the Head of Digital Media Communications and Services in partnership with the G-ROLE Africa.

Susan C. Levi-Debem

Susan Levi Debem is a Chartered Administrator with over 15 years of experience in the aviation industry. She had provided much of her services and expertise through Kamilton Travels and Tour, British Airways/Pathfinder International Limited, Afrijet Airlines Limited, and Arik Air Limited, both to domestic and International wings, and currently self-employed as the Managing Director of DBM Consulting. She had been in various cadres and facets of services. Service Agent, and Business Manager. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and other advanced courses in Business operations, customers service, and specialized Aviation operations.

Driven by her growing passion to serve Humanity and considering the dark age Africa has found herself in, resulting in the total decadence of African society, she has joined the historical course of the G-ROLE Africa Initiative as the co-anchor and a Central Programme Manager for the South West region of Nigeria.

Having nursed a strong passion for serving humanity, she anchors and hosts several free-will empowerment programs for women and youths, particularly widows and orphans in several charity ministries through her founder support ministry known as the Beloved Kind Maxcare (BKM) Foundation, is a non-governmental organization based in Abuja, Nigeria, dedicated to supporting orphans, vulnerable children, widows, and the less privileged. https://belovedkindnessmaxcare.com/

Chukwumogor Chris Nwani

Chukwumogor C. Nwani is a seasoned administrator with several post-graduate work and service experiences cutting across different spheres of life. A graduate of the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Enugu and a banker with remarkable experience with Standard Trust Bank PLC (now United Bank for Africa), and rose from the position of a confidential secretary to a senior administrative officer, highly recommended for his exceptional productive outputs.

In search for inner satisfaction, he resigned from the banking to pursue his inner yearning for nation building. With training on attitude, leadership and nation building classes at the Abuja Leadership School and the Nigerian Transformation Movement of the Agape Center, he became extraordinarily equipped to carve a niche for himself in helping others, especially the youths to identify their potentials, change to positive attitude and live in their life purposes. He is also a member of Class 026, The Oak Seed Executive Leadership Course of the Institute For National Transformation (INT), Abuja. He has developed different seminar topics on corporate ethics, attitudinal change, leadership pragmatism and social entrepreneurship which he has facilitated in both public and private institutions.

Chris is the initiator of the New Nigeria Attitudinal Change and Leadership Responsibility brand. He is the author and published the first edition of the A New Nigeria is Possible book in 2008 with the updated Third Edition published in 2015. The impact of the book opened up new opportunities, one of which led to organizing an ‘attitude for leadership’ seminar for youths and adults across the nation under the umbrella of Youth Afrique Leadership Forum, a nongovernmental organization which he founded to promote the New Nigeria Orientation Initiative. Chris C. Nwani is a rare facilitator who has a unique approach to training and mentoring on ethics. His core areas of competence are Conscience Realignment, Attitudinal Change, Social Entrepreneurship and Leadership.

Particularly, he is patriotically committed to providing ethical lessons that keep upgrading the mindsets of Africans to consciously live above recurring social vices in the country. He is currently partnering with the G-ROLE Africa as the Central Programme Manager for the Young Leaders Initiatives of the New Nations of Africa (Young LIONNA) club programme for the South South Region of Nigeria.
