- To promote the quality of selfless and exemplary Leadership among the African Children and Adolescents.

- To organize orientation and sensitization seminars / conferences that educate and encourage like minds to brainstorm and proffer ideas/solutions for progress in Africa.

The mission inspires and connects Africans of like-minds who share same vision for a New Africa. Consequently, establish a Network of the African movement toward this Vision in all African countries, beginning with Nigeria. The G-ROLE Africa has determined that the TRANSFORMATION of our core LEADERSHIP values among the ORDINARY CITIZENS, and not just the LEADERS, is the most effective target toward achieving this vision in 2035.

The G-ROLE Africa team, with its partners, engages prominent governance, political, and religious leaders at all social levels in effective conversations towards promoting selfless, conscientious, and purposeful leadership that promote Human Dignity and ultimate human civilisations within their localities. 
Africa ARISE ( Active Restoration Initiative through Social Emancipation) at Alexis Hotel and Conference. Plot 693 Obafemi Awolowo Way, Zone B4, Jabi Abuja.
“Back to the Roots” radio programme was a regular radio Talk-Show in 2020 – 2021 aimed at citizenship orientation. It sensitized the public on the need to lead with patriotism and sense of ownership as a citizen.
The G-ROLE Africa organizes periodic e-Conferencing/Webinar among members to discuss emerging topical issues for members to gain Insight and guidance that ensure positive and safe attitude toward the issues.
The G-ROLE Africa, with its partners, engages in Sensitization Road Shows during important national events or crises such as toward national elections, social crises to promote good governance and citizenship
The G-ROLE Africa in partnership with the New Nigeria Is Possible Coalition holds the “New Nigeria Assembly”. Join other true patriotic Nigerian faithful in seeking the lasting civilized solution to rediscovering Nigeria. The Assembly where we hold the New Nigeria Dream.
We the People of Nigeria (WEPON) National Reconciliation Conference at NICON Luxury, Abuja, Nigeria.
SAELS is an economic empowerment program in which certain less privileged persons such as unemployed young people/youth groups or widows and widowers in poor settings (remote unreached villages, basically) are selected and trained to acquire some self-reliant economic, vocational, or entrepreneurial skills over a period of 3 – 6 months.
The Young LIONNA School Leadership Clubs.
The G-ROLE Africa engages schools and support grassroots drives and programs among children in primary education toward acquiring sustainable and selfless leadership, and community-support qualities among others.
The G-ROLE Africa has developed a structured leadership club program for school children in the primary and secondary level education in Africa, known as the Young Leaders Initiatives of the New Nigeria and Africa (Young LIONNs Africa). The programme runs in some states of Nigeria, from January to September annually.
Africa Active Restoration Initiative through Social Emancipation (ARISE) Programme is a periodic Event Organised to achieve the following objectives, which were well achieved:
1. To create a platform where Social Development Actors Network with Peers for Improved Outcomes
2. To identify Sincere and Passionate unseen Social Actors to connect with peers and Potential Humanitarian Partners
3. To identify and Recognize Unsung Community Heroes.
4. To encourage an Unbiased Reward System for Character, Integrity, and selfless service
5. To Encourage the Strength in Communalism of Purpose.
