Mission
To revive and restore the true African values of Humanity and Self-Reliance through active Leadership and Public ORIENTATION and ENCOURAGEMENT.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
- To restore the dignity and values of Humanity in Africa through practical orientation and support-network programs among the general population.
- To promote the quality of selfless and exemplary Leadership among the African adolescents and youths.
- To promote the principles of social and moral support among the citizenry through the initiation of the Brothers Keepers Network
- To engage the leadership and public service stakeholders in Africa for a more united commitment to national and African interest through public-driven Leadership and services.
- To promote peace and tolerance among communities and groups for a more productive national unity
- To engage and support grassroot drive and programs among children in the primary education toward acquiring sustainable and selfless leadership and community-support qualities.
- To organize orientation and sensitization seminars / conferences that educate and encourage like minds to brainstorm and proffer ideas/solutions for progress in Africa.

The Young LIONNA School Leadership Clubs.
The G-ROLE Africa engages schools and support grassroots drives and programs among children in primary education toward acquiring sustainable and selfless leadership, and community-support qualities among others.
The G-ROLE Africa has developed a structured leadership club program for school children in the primary and secondary level education in Africa, known as the Young Leaders Initiatives of the New Nigeria and Africa (Young LIONNs Africa). The programme runs in some states of Nigeria, from January to September annually.
SAELS is an economic empowerment program in which certain less privileged persons such as unemployed young people/youth groups or widows and widowers in poor settings (remote unreached villages, basically) are selected and trained to acquire some self-reliant economic, vocational, or entrepreneurial skills over a period of 3 – 6 months.
